The agreement is legally binding between you (consumer, user) and this website operator (we, us). By accessing and using the website and services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the terms of this agreement.

Offer

 

The offer is without obligation. A-TYPIQ is entitled to change and modify the offer.

The offer contains a complete and accurate description of the offered products and / or services. The description is sufficiently detailed to enable a proper assessment of the offer by the consumer. If we use images, these are a true representation of the products offered. Obvious mistakes or obvious errors in the offer do not bind us.

All images, specifications and information in the offer are indicative and can not give rise to compensation or dissolution of the agreement.

Images of products are a faithful representation of the products offered.

Price

 

The prices mentioned in the offer of products are in euro (€) and are VAT inclusive. Shipping prices are excluded.

All prices are subject to printing and typographical errors. No liability is accepted for the consequences of printing and typesetting errors. In case of printing and typesetting errors, you are entitled to cancel your order and the full amount of purchase will be returned to you.

Right Of Withdrawal

 

When purchasing products, the consumer has the right to withdraw his order without giving reasons for a period of 14 days.

During the withdraw period, the consumer will handle the product and packaging with care. He will only unpack or use the product to the extent necessary to assess whether he wishes to keep the product. If he exercises his right of withdrawal, he will return the product with all delivered accessories and - if reasonably possible - in its original condition and packaging to us, in accordance with the reasonable and clear instructions provided by us.

Compliance and Warranty

 

A-TYPIQ guarantees that the products meet the agreement.

Any defects or incorrectly delivered products must be reported in writing to info@a-typiq.be within 10 days after delivery. Return of the products must be in the original packaging and in new condition.

The warranty period corresponds to the manufacturer's warranty period. However, we are never responsible for the ultimate suitability of the products for each individual application by the consumer, nor for any advice regarding the use or application of the products.

 

 

 

Delivery

 

When a product is in stock, it shall be delivered to your delivery address within 10 workdays. This delivery schedule is an indication and therefore not binding.

In case of a delay in delivery time we will notify you and you have the right to cancel your order within 10 days after notification.

Complaints

 

Complaints about visual defects must be fully and clearly described within 10 days after delivery and should be submitted in writing to info@a-typiq.be.

A-TYPIQ will respond to you within 14 business days after your notification.

Payment

 

The full amount should be payed after 7 days of completing the order. The order will only be shipped after receiving the full payment made by the consumer.

Payments are only accepted electronically. We use Mollie and therefore we use different payment methods.

The ordered products remain the property of A-typiq up to the time the purchase price has been paid in full.

Governing Law

​

The Belgian Law applies for any legal actions that wish to be taken by the consumer or A-TYPIQ, in disagreement to this contract.
